Encourage everyone to stop using an archaic medical term which now only serves to demean individuals that we all know and care about!

Note: So that you know which word is being referenced, but also balanced by the fact that I simply don't want to write it, I will add some symbols to hopefully soften the impact. (R#t&rd)
